King is seeking a qualified Finance Analyst to join its Finance team, focusing on Investment & Optimization. This role involves strengthening financial operations, contributing to monthly accounting, managing invoice/PO workflows, preparing reporting packs, and supporting forecasting cycles. The analyst will also help develop dashboards, explore automation, and conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making within the mobile gaming industry, including titles like Candy Crush.
Must Have
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Big 4 training or equivalent experience
- Solid grounding in accounting with a focus on accuracy and internal controls
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Skilled in Excel
- Clear communicator who can translate complex topics into actionable insights
- Curious and engaged, with a collaborative mindset
Good to Have
- Interest in FP&A and commercial finance
- Desire to develop in dashboarding and financial modelling (e.g. Power BI, Looker, Tableau)

Are you a qualified accountant with Big 4 training (or similar experience) and a passion for games? Join King’s Finance team and grow your expertise in accounting and FP&A within the dynamic world of mobile gaming. This role offers a great entry point into our Investment & Optimization finance function, where you'll contribute to critical reporting and control activities across our global network - including beloved titles like Candy Crush.
Your Role in Our Kingdom
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager for Investment & Optimization, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our financial operations and delivering meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Control & Reporting
- Partner with the Finance team to gather inputs for monthly accounting; coordinate with Accenture to ensure timely and accurate journal posting
- Manage invoice and PO workflows, applying a detail-oriented and compliance-focused approach
- Prepare and support the development of monthly reporting packs, delivering clear and insightful commentary and financial analysis
Forecasting & Planning
- Support quarterly and annual forecasting cycles, contributing OpEx inputs and analysis
- Validate cost centre data, investigate variances, and identify key risks and opportunities
Insight & Innovation
- Help develop dashboards and reporting tools to increase transparency across commercial spend
- Explore ways to use AI and automation to improve financial processes and reporting
Ad Hoc & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Conduct detailed ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with teams across Finance, Accenture, and other business functions, with opportunities to expand into broader business partnering over time
