Must Have
- Oversee global bank account management, including administration, signatory changes, documentation, and KYC coordination.
- Partner with banking institutions to evaluate fees, analyze services, and strengthen relationships.
- Prepare global cash position reports and collaborate with finance teams to optimize working capital alignment.
- Support payment processing operations, including bank transfers, investments, and FX settlements.
- Identify and implement process improvements through automation, technology solutions, and AI.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or bank treasury services.
- Experience working with bank portals and Treasury Management Systems.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Clear communicator with excellent written and spoken English skills.
Good to Have
- Master's degree or professional treasury certification (e.g., CTP, FP&A).
- Experience with treasury system integrations or implementations.
- Familiarity with automation tools and process optimization in finance operations.

As a Cash Management Structural Specialist reporting to Manager - Treasury, you'll play a critical role in managing Nasdaq's global cash management operations, maintaining key banking relationships, and optimizing our treasury platform to support effective working capital management. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee global bank account management, including account administration, signatory changes, documentation maintenance, and KYC coordination.
- Partner with banking institutions to evaluate fees, analyze services, and strengthen relationships that support treasury operations.
- Prepare global cash position reports and collaborate with finance teams to optimize working capital alignment across the organization.
- Support payment processing operations, including bank transfers, investments, and FX settlements as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements through automation, technology solutions, and AI to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or bank treasury services.
