Claim advisor

As a Quality Claim Advisor at TVH, you will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening product quality. You will investigate the cause of defects in returned parts by testing, measuring, and analyzing them. Your findings will determine if a credit note is issued to the customer and will actively contribute to improving quality across TVH by proposing and implementing improvement actions in collaboration with Sales, Product Quality Owners, and purchasing.

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Eager to learn and practically oriented
• Passion for tinkering
• Ability to report and substantiate decisions
• Good knowledge of Dutch
• Good knowledge of English
• Communicative and enjoys working with colleagues from different departments

Good to Have

• Knowledge of hydraulics
• Knowledge of electrical components

Your impact as Quality Claim Advisor at TVH

Within our Quality team, you play a key role in monitoring and strengthening product quality. Together, you ensure that our customers can count on top-level parts and models. Your expertise and findings make the difference: you not only investigate what goes wrong, but also actively share your insights to improve quality throughout TVH.

As a Quality Claim Advisor, you become the detective of our parts: whenever a customer returns a part, you investigate the cause of the problem. You test, measure, and analyze the part and decide whether the customer receives a credit note. You work closely with your colleagues from Sales and the Product Quality Owners.

What will you do?

• You technically investigate the cause of a defect or breakage.
• You check whether the part was used correctly and where the problem originated (e.g., transport, assembly, wear).
• You analyze damage patterns and assess whether a part can be easily repaired.
• You report quality incidents via our systems so that all involved departments have the correct information.
• You collaborate with the Product Quality Owner and purchasing to propose and implement improvement actions.

Who are you?

• You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• You are eager to learn, practically oriented, and have a real passion for tinkering.
• Reporting and substantiating your decisions does not deter you.
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English.
• Extra asset: knowledge of hydraulics and/or electrical components.
• You are communicative and enjoy working with colleagues from different departments.
