Finance Manager

Zenoti is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations for its India entity. The role involves ensuring robust compliance and reporting frameworks, leveraging strong knowledge of taxation laws and financial acumen. Zenoti provides an all-in-one, cloud-based software solution for the beauty and wellness industry, managing aspects like online bookings, POS, CRM, and inventory. The company has achieved unicorn valuation and serves over 30,000 clients globally.

Must Have

• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• Hands-on, technical experience with IGAAP and USGAAP
• Experience working on Statutory compliances of India Companies (Income Tax, GST, RBI etc)
• Experience in managing Statutory & Internal Audits
• Experience in preparing MIS reports
• Experience in managing a team of 3+ members across accounting and finance functions
• Demonstrated experience working with consolidated financial statements
• Experience working within advanced ERP (e.g., NetSuite)
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google business applications
• Handle India Company accounting and finance functions
• Manage month-end closing process for India company in compliance with US GAAP and IGAAP
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management
• Prepare and review workings for statutory tax returns and other tax compliances
• Handle end-to-end audits (Internal, IFC, Statutory, Tax, Fixed Assets Verification, Group/Consolidation)

Good to Have

• Experience working for a US-based SaaS tech company
• Experience working in a management role
• Advanced-level knowledge of NetSuite
• Experience working with FloQast (or equivalent) close management software

What will I be doing?

• Handle India Company accounting and finance functions.
• Review and approve the work done by India accounting team.
• Manage the month-end closing process for India company in compliance with US GAAP and IGAAP.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
• Prepare and review workings for statutory tax returns and other tax compliances.
• Handle end-to-end audits including Internal Audit, IFC, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Fixed Assets Verification, and Group/Consolidation Audit.
• Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and other third-party service providers.
• Support in handling litigations with the help of external consultants.
• Provide data analysis and support to management and other departments as required.
• Support in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Assist with implementation of best practices for the accounting ERP system (NetSuite).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute finance functions effectively.
