Risk and Compliance Officer

This role offers hands-on experience in risk and compliance within the iGaming industry, focusing on maintaining registers, assisting with assessments, and supporting reporting and audit activities. You will also provide day-to-day compliance support, update policies, and administer the company's GRC system, contributing to a dynamic and regulated environment.

Must Have

• Assist in maintaining the company’s risk register and updating risk assessments.
• Support risk reporting processes by gathering data, preparing reports and documenting findings.
• Help coordinate internal audits and compliance reviews.
• Provide day-to-day support across all compliance initiatives and activities.
• Maintain compliance registers and records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in drafting and updating compliance procedures, policies and guidance documents.
• Support the ongoing administration and maintenance of the company’s GRC system.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline or equivalent, relevant industry experience.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a compliance, audit, or risk support role.
• Experience with or exposure to GRC tools (e.g., Archer, Vanta, One Trust).

• Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira

Your role with us:

What you will do:

• Risk Management

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline or equivalent, relevant industry experience.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a compliance, audit, or risk support role (financial services, gaming, or fintech desirable).
• Experience with or exposure to GRC tools (e,g, Archer, Vanta, One Trust)
