Compliance Coordinator - Trust and Safety

This role offers a key opportunity to shape trust, safety, and compliance within a rapidly growing streaming platform. You will contribute to protecting users and maintaining platform integrity, gaining exposure to evolving online safety and regulatory landscapes. As a Compliance Coordinator, you will support the development and maintenance of trust and safety compliance programs, assist with regulatory and internal reporting, and monitor changes in online safety laws. You will also identify emerging risks and embed compliance principles cross-functionally.

Must Have

• Maintain compliance standards, controls, and procedures for user safety, data protection, and content moderation.
• Manage regulator reporting and ensure consistent data privacy practices.
• Monitor emerging regulations and update compliance documentation.
• Identify compliance risks and recommend practical solutions with stakeholders.
• 1+ years experience in a similar role, preferably with a legal or compliance background.
• Experience conducting audits and inspections for regulatory and quality compliance.
• Skilled in data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of online safety, regulatory requirements, and standards (DSA, GDPR, etc).
• Undergraduate degree in Law.
• Interest or experience in live streaming and social media.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, & Intercom.

As our Compliance Coordinator Trust and Safety you’ll support the development and ongoing maintenance of trust and safety compliance programmes and assist with regulatory and internal reporting and monitor changes in online safety laws and industry standards. What you will do:

• Manage regulator reporting and ensure data privacy practices are consistently applied
• Monitor emerging regulations, keep compliance documentation up to date and make sure teams understand their responsibilities
• Identify compliance risks and work with stakeholders to recommend practical solutions

What you will bring:

• 1+ years in a similar role, legal or compliance background preferred
• Conducted audits and inspections to ensure regulatory and quality compliance
• Skilled in data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities
