Must Have
- Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a degree or certificate program in a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in legal, administrative, or people operations work
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work part-time (20–30 hours per week) in a structured internship setting
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn

The Opportunity:

If so, you could be a great fit for the part-time Legal Intern role.
This internship is designed as a learning-focused, supervised role, providing exposure to day-to-day legal operations while developing foundational skills in organization, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Location: Los Angeles, CA or US Remote
What You’ll Be Doing (with guidance and support):
- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining contracts and legal documentation
- Support the sending and tracking of forms via DocuSign
- Help organize records and systems in accordance with internal processes
- Assist in maintaining and updating legal templates and documentation libraries
- Track contract dates and deadlines under supervision
- Support communication with internal stakeholders regarding documentation status
- Collaborate with team members across departments on administrative tasks
- Assist in creating and updating process guides, templates, and internal documentation
- Participate in additional learning-oriented projects as assigned

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this role is $15.50–$20.00. The final rate will be determined based on experience and work location, and this range reflects the applicable pay transparency requirements.
