Job Summary
WSP Argentina is seeking a Quality Management Specialist and Risk Preventionist. The ideal candidate will support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality, environment, safety, and occupational health management systems, ensuring compliance with applicable ISO standards and promoting a culture of prevention and improvement within the organization.
Must Have
- Implement and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 management systems
- Coordinate internal and external audits for compliance
- Identify, evaluate, and control occupational risks
- Develop and deliver occupational safety and health training
- Manage projects for process improvement and system optimization
- Prepare technical reports on management system performance
- Ensure correct documentation and updating of procedures and records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for system integration
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Occupational Safety and Health, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems
- Proficiency in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) development and implementation
- Knowledge in identification and evaluation of occupational risks
- Project management and process improvement skills
- Valid driver's license

About this opportunity:
At WSP Argentina, we are looking for a Quality Management Specialist and Risk Preventionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality, environment, safety, and occupational health management systems, ensuring compliance with applicable ISO standards and promoting a culture of prevention and improvement within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain management systems based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Identify, evaluate, and control occupational risks, proposing preventive measures.
- Develop and deliver training programs in occupational safety and health.
- Manage projects aimed at process improvement and optimization of management systems.
- Prepare technical reports and performance reports for management systems.
- Ensure correct documentation and updating of procedures and records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the integration of management systems in all areas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Technician in Occupational Safety and Health, or related career.
- Minimum 3 years experience in implementation and management of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems (exclusive requirement).
- Proficiency in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Experience in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Knowledge in identification and evaluation of occupational risks.
- Project management and process improvement.
- Valid driver's license.
