Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering or related fields
- 3 years of general work experience
- 2 years of specific experience in mining project administration (minimum)
- Intermediate knowledge of office automation (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Availability to work in the interior of the country under a regime
- Experience in Aconex management
- Knowledge in WebControl
- Apply and coordinate administrative procedures for the project
- Coordinate operational mobilizations
- Coordinate accommodation and food based on personnel histogram
- Support timely supply of equipment, tools, and materials
- Manage personnel and resource requests
- Control and update roster daily
- Control and administer general project expenses
- Maintain physical and electronic records of project documents and contracts
- Control issued and received project documents
- Assist Project Resident Engineer with office tasks and administrative information
- Keep field office budget lines updated
- Control field office staff attendance
- Support review and follow-up of expense reports
- Provide support and attention during internal and external audits

Professional Background:
- Bachelor's degree or graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering or related fields
- General work experience: 3 years
- Specific experience in Mining Project Administration: 02 years (minimum)
- Solid knowledge of office automation at an intermediate level: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, among others
- Availability to work in the interior of the country under a regime
- Experience in Aconex management
- Knowledge in WebControl
Main functions of the position:
- Apply and coordinate the implementation of administrative procedures for the specific project.
- Coordinate the mobilization of operations personnel to their places of origin according to the schedule.
- Coordinate accommodation and food within and/or outside the project according to the personnel histogram.
- Provide support in coordinating the timely supply of equipment, tools, and materials according to the activities to be carried out by field personnel.
- Attend to requests for personnel and resource requirements according to approved changes to the scope of service.
- Keep track of the roster and update it daily.
- Control and administer the general expenses of the Project (food, transport, accommodation, and offices) according to the assigned project proposal.
- Maintain a physical and electronic record of project documents and their different contracts.
- Control of documents issued and received by the project.
- Directly assist the Project Resident Engineer in all routine office tasks such as drafting correspondence, arranging meetings, and maintaining project administrative information.
- Keep expenses updated by budget lines for the field office.
- Keep track of the attendance of field office personnel.
- Support in the review and follow-up of expense reports.
- Responsible for providing support and attention during internal and external audits.
- Coordinate and attend established meetings, at the client's request.
- Advanced handling of macros in Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- Other functions assigned by the Resident Engineer and/or Project Leader.
