Job Summary

WSP is seeking an Architectural Designer (Reference: CT-29-1) to conceptualize and execute designs, conduct feasibility studies, and prepare tender documentation. The role involves liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring design quality and compliance. Candidates should have a Degree in Architecture and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in transport and infrastructure projects, with strong knowledge of architectural details, local codes, and leadership skills.

Must Have

  • Conceptualizes concept and schematic designs
  • Execute feasibility studies and presents design proposals
  • Preparation of tender documentation, schedules and specifications
  • Liaises and discuss project-relevant issues with clients
  • Liaises and coordinates with consultants and contractors
  • Ensures design quality and authority compliance
  • Degree in Architecture, preferably recognised by the Board of Architects, Singapore

  • Conversant with local codes & regulations
  • Competency in authority requirements and submission procedures
