Job Summary

Publicis Groupe, founded in 1926, is the third largest communications group in the world. This role is for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join the marketing team. The designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating impactful visual materials for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, online advertising, and print materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must Have

  • Design and produce high-quality marketing materials including social media posts, web banners, digital ads, brochures, presentations, and infographics.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design materials.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, social media managers, and other marketing team members.
  • Present design ideas and participate in creative reviews.
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in an agency or marketing environment.
  • Online portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Solid knowledge of design principles for digital and print media.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Collaboration with the marketing team:
  • Work closely with copywriters, social media managers, and other marketing team members to develop creative concepts and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Present design ideas and participate in creative reviews.
  • Stay updated on design trends:
  • Research and stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Recommend new design ideas and approaches to the marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
