Job Summary
Publicis Health France, part of Publicis Group, is a leading health communication agency. We are looking for a Sales Administrator (M/F) on a permanent contract to optimize operations and manage a key client. This role is central to operational and financial management, ensuring process fluidity, accurate reporting, and in-depth analysis of project-related revenues. The position involves interfacing with client teams, international production hubs, and financial functions, under the supervision of the Financial Director.
Must Have
- Enter and update production and creative assets in Decideware (detailed quotes)
- Update commercial management tracking file (sales and purchases)
- Proactively reconcile data and analyze discrepancies
- Organize and participate in monthly reconciliation meetings with account managers
- Issue client invoices
- Manage and issue purchase orders (PO)
- Manage and resolve identified discrepancies
- Establish and transmit internal, client, and group (UK) financial reports
- Revenue recognition in SAP
- Significant experience (minimum 3 years) in project management or sales administration
- Bilingual English (mandatory), perfect written and spoken English
- Proficiency in SAP
- Excellent proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables)

To optimize our operations and the management of one of our key clients, we are looking for a talent to strengthen our team.
This person will be a central pillar for the operational and financial management of this client, ensuring process fluidity, reporting accuracy, and in-depth analysis of project-related revenues.
Qualifications
Main missions:
You will play an essential role in the interface between client teams, international production hubs, and our financial functions for this strategically important international account.
Under the supervision of the Financial Director, your responsibilities will be as follows:
1. Operational and Financial Data Management:
- Entry and updating of production and creative assets in Decideware (detailed quotes),
- Updating of the commercial management tracking file (sales and purchases),
- Proactive data reconciliation and discrepancy analysis,
- Organization and participation in monthly reconciliation meetings with each account manager (team of 15 people).
3. Financial Management and Invoicing (SAP operating system):
- Issuance of client invoices,
- Management and issuance of purchase orders (PO),
- Management and resolution of identified discrepancies.
5. Reporting and Revenue Analysis:
- Establishment and transmission of internal, client, and group (UK) financial reports
- Revenue recognition in SAP
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Significant experience (minimum of 3 years) in a similar role in project management, sales administration, ideally in an international environment or in an agency/consulting firm or service company,
- Languages: Bilingual English (mandatory) – Perfect command of English, both written and spoken, essential for daily exchanges with our international teams and partners,
- Tools:
- Proficiency in SAP,
- Excellent proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables),
- Familiarity with Decideware would be a plus.
- Aptitudes:
- Strong rigor, organization, and attention to detail (crucial for reconciliations and reporting),
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information,
- Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to take initiatives,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with various stakeholders (internal teams, client, international hubs),
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage priorities.
