As a TAM Operations Specialist at TransUnion, you will be responsible for the operational execution and delivery of Marketing Solutions products. This client-facing role involves performing semi-technical tasks like data file processing, configuration, and validation to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data-driven marketing solutions. You will also troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain operational excellence and contribute to continuous improvement.

Must Have

  • Perform data file processing, configuration, validation, and delivery setup.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of marketing solution deliveries.
  • Monitor delivery pipelines and troubleshoot issues.
  • Investigate and document root causes of delivery failures.
  • Maintain internal knowledge bases and documentation.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to operational workflows.
  • Track and report on key operational metrics and SLAs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Operations, Marketing).
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical operations, data delivery, or martech/adtech.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset.
  • Experience working with remote cross-functional teams.

Good to Have

  • Experience/familiarity in the martech/adtech/digital media ecosystem (e.g., data marketplaces, integrations with Meta, Google).
  • Knowledge or experience of audience-building, strategy, and targeting for marketing efforts.

As a TAM Operations Specialist at TransUnion, you will play a key role in the operational execution and delivery of our Marketing Solutions products. This mid-level, client-facing role focuses on supporting internal teams by performing semi-technical tasks that ensure the accurate and timely delivery of data-driven marketing solutions. You will collaborate across departments to maintain operational excellence and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes. Experience/familiarity in the martech/adtech/digital media ecosystem is preferred. (e.g. data marketplaces, data integrations with partners like Meta, Google, etc.)

What You'll Bring:

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Execution

  • Perform hands-on operational tasks including data file processing, configuration, validation, and delivery setup.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of recurring and ad hoc marketing solution deliveries.
  • Monitor delivery pipelines and troubleshoot issues to maintain service quality.

Technical Support & Issue Resolution

  • Investigate and document root causes of delivery failures or anomalies and contribute to long-term solutions.
  • Maintain internal knowledge bases and documentation for repeatable processes.

Process Optimization

  • Identify and recommend improvements to operational workflows and delivery processes.
  • Support automation initiatives and contribute to the development of tools that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in testing and validation of new tools, features, and delivery methods.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on delivery requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on operational status, risks, and dependencies.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Track and report on key operational metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain accurate documentation of delivery processes, configurations, and issue resolutions.

Audience Solution Focus

  • This role supports the audiences product family within Marketing Solutions, so knowledge or experience of audience-building, strategy, and targeting as it relates to marketing efforts would be ideal.
  • Martech ecosystem familiarity is preferred. (e.g. knowledge of data marketplaces, integrations with partners like Meta, Google, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. (e.g. Business Operations, Marketing)
  • 2–4 years of experience in a technical operations, data delivery, or other role in martech/adtech space.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience working with remote cross-functional teams in a technical or operational capacity.
  • Candidates with martech/adtech/digital marketing experience are preferred.

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
