A lead role within our product operations team supporting CallerID, ENUM, and TrustID services. This position focuses on DevOps skills in a carrier-grade production environment, emphasizing automation and modern toolchains. You will contribute to architecting future state technologies, maintaining service portfolios, and managing servers across multiple countries, cloud, and on-premise environments, impacting millions daily. Must Have
- Expert-level proficiency in Linux-environment skills (CentOS/RedHat, BASH, Git).
- Hands-on experience creating custom Docker images for production.
- Experience creating CI/CD Jenkinsfiles and Ansible roles/playbooks.
- Experience scripting or coding in any language.
- Willingness to participate in an alternating team-based on-call rotation.
Good to Have
- Experience working with or administering cloud technologies (such as Terraform or Kubernetes) or working within a cloud environment.

Participate in the management of a large environment of servers spanning multiple countries, cloud and on-premise environments.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
