We are seeking a Senior VCF Automation Consultant with a strong focus on hands-on automation implementation and day-to-day operations. This role will be responsible for designing, configuring, and operating VMware Aria Automation solutions to support scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure and application delivery. Must Have

  • Configure, deploy, and operate VMware Aria Automation (vRA) within a VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environment
  • Design and build service catalogs, workflows, blueprints, and automation pipelines
  • Implement governance, approval policies, and lifecycle management controls
  • Integrate Aria Automation with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Integrate automation workflows with CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, and operations teams to optimize automation processes
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing automation solutions
  • Proven hands-on experience with VMware Aria Automation / vRealize Automation (vRA)
  • Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, Terraform
  • Experience designing and implementing infrastructure automation in enterprise environments
  • Solid understanding of virtualization, cloud infrastructure, and operational best practices

  • VMware Certified Professional – Cloud Management and Automation (VCP-CMA) certification
  • Experience working in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, deploy, and operate VMware Aria Automation (vRA) within a VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environment
  • Design and build service catalogs, workflows, blueprints, and automation pipelines
  • Implement governance, approval policies, and lifecycle management controls
  • Integrate Aria Automation with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Integrate automation workflows with CI/CD pipelines

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven hands-on experience with VMware Aria Automation / vRealize Automation (vRA)

  • Solid understanding of virtualization, cloud infrastructure, and operational best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • VMware Certified Professional – Cloud Management and Automation (VCP-CMA) certification
  • Experience working in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments
