• Facilitating client meetings, reporting on project status, and maintaining ongoing relationships to foster trust and satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Over six years of senior management experience in digital project delivery, consulting, or agency environments.
• Proven success managing large and complex digital initiatives, with demonstrated ability to oversee cross-disciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and client service orientation, with knowledge of delivery methodologies such as Agile and waterfall.
