Must Have

- Managing communication channels among internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project progression.
- Providing clear direction and guidance to cross-functional teams, setting expectations for deliverables and timelines.
- Identifying potential obstacles or risks and developing proactive solutions to mitigate impacts.
- Facilitating client meetings, reporting on project status, and maintaining ongoing relationships to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Over six years of senior management experience in digital project delivery, consulting, or agency environments.
- Proven success managing large and complex digital initiatives, with demonstrated ability to oversee cross-disciplinary teams.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and risk management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and client service orientation, with knowledge of delivery methodologies such as Agile and waterfall.

This role involves overseeing the successful delivery of complex digital programs, ensuring high-quality outputs, and building strong client relationships. The position is a hybrid on-site and remote opportunity, with the office as the primary location requirement.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:
