Job Summary
This role is for a Salesforce Administrator Associate at Sprinklr, focusing on managing day-to-day Salesforce platform operations, including user, role, profile, and permission set management, object and field optimization, and declarative automations. The position also involves secondary responsibilities in Salesforce development, assisting with Apex, Triggers, LWCs, and API integrations. The ideal candidate will provide user support, ensure system security, and coordinate with internal teams for enhancements.
Must Have
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce platform operations.
- Create and maintain Users, Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, and sharing rules.
- Build and optimize Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, and Validation Rules.
- Create and manage Flows, Workflow Rules, and other declarative automations.
- Maintain Reports & Dashboards for business teams.
- Handle data management: data imports, deduplication, data quality improvements.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and org health.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training across departments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand requirements and roll out enhancements.
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and declarative tools.
- Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Components.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Loader, change sets, and deployment tools.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required or in progress.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.
Good to Have
- Salesforce Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I certification.
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
- Exposure to third-party apps from AppExchange.
- Understanding of CI/CD tools (Copado, Git, Bitbucket, etc.).

Salesforce Administration (Primary)
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce platform operations.
- Create and maintain Users, Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, and sharing rules.
- Build and optimize Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, and Validation Rules.
- Create and manage Flows, Workflow Rules, and other declarative automations.
- Maintain Reports & Dashboards for business teams.
- Handle data management: data imports, deduplication, data quality improvements.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and org health.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training across departments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand requirements and roll out enhancements.
Salesforce Development (Secondary)
- Assist in creating Apex Classes, Triggers, and test classes.
- Support development of Lightning Web Components (LWCs) under senior guidance.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs for basic integrations.
- Participate in code reviews, version control, and deployment processes.
- Help maintain documentation for custom solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and declarative tools.
- Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Components.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Loader, change sets, and deployment tools.
