Senior Product Engineer

Sprinklr is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on Unified Customer Experience Management. This role involves strong programming, collaborating with frontend developers and product managers, contributing to technology and algorithms, and delivering solutions for emerging business requirements. The engineer will work on cutting-edge technologies and distributed systems, writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code while staying updated on industry trends.

Must Have

• B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent with excellent academic record
• 2.5+ years of experience in backend software development
• Expertise in Java, NodeJS, or Scala and relevant frameworks
• Experience with MySQL, Redis, Cassandra, DynamoDB, MongoDB, Kafka
• Proven experience in designing, building, and evolving large-scale, complex software projects
• Hands-on experience in developing scalable Cloud-based services on AWS or Azure
• Strong programming skills with a focus on solving technical challenges
• Ability and interest in quickly learning new technologies and adapting to new environments
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire junior team members
• Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Requirement:

• Educational Background: B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent, with an excellent academic record.

• Scalable Systems Knowledge: Proven experience in designing, building, and evolving large-scale, complex software projects.
