Job Summary

The Senior FX Product Manager at LSEG FX will drive the development of next-generation FX solutions, enhancing system performance, reducing latency, and improving execution quality across a comprehensive trading ecosystem. This role involves implementing innovative features to mitigate operational and market risk, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with strategic leads to achieve revenue targets. The manager will ensure seamless product transitions, operate within Agile frameworks, and foster strong relationships across business and engineering teams, contributing significantly to global financial markets.

What Will You Do?

  • Drive initiatives that enhance system performance, reduce latency, and improve execution quality for global FX trading.
  • Implement innovative features and robust controls to mitigate operational and market risk across sophisticated environments.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to maintain leadership and anticipate emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with strategic leads to deliver business priorities and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Ensure flawless transition from product development to BAU teams, enabling operational perfection.
  • Deliver incremental value by operating within Agile frameworks and adapting to evolving priorities.
  • Build positive relationships across business and engineering teams to foster collaboration and shared success.
  • Represent the business in governance boards and committees, influencing decisions that build the future.
  • Coach and mentor product owners, project managers, and agile teams to drive high performance.
  • Partner with compliance and risk teams to ensure adherence to global regulatory standards.

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $123,200 - $205,400.

Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/”bonus plan”). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match. LSEG’s Benefits plan also includes basic life insurance, disability benefits, emergency backup dependent care, adoption assistance commuter assistance etc.
