Job Summary

Sprinklr is seeking a Senior Product Education Facilitator to plan and deliver product training programs for customers, partners, and internal teams. This role involves building high-quality training materials, collaborating with various departments, and designing scalable onboarding programs. The facilitator will translate complex SaaS and CCaaS features into value-driven learning, track training impact, and act as a subject matter expert, continuously improving content and delivery for global audiences.

Must Have

  • Plan and deliver end-to-end product training programs
  • Build and maintain high-quality, product-based training materials
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, Customer Success, Sales, and Support
  • Design and deliver scalable post implementation onboarding and success learning programs
  • Translate complex SaaS and CCaaS features into simple, value-driven learning
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Support on enablement needs
  • Drive customer adoption, value realization, and reduced support dependency
  • Track training impact using feedback, adoption, and usage metrics
  • Act as SME for assigned product modules and mentor junior facilitators
  • Facilitate engaging, high-quality sessions for global audiences
  • Continuously improve content, delivery, and learning processes
  • Proven experience in learning facilitation and product training delivery
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and global audiences
  • Experience with LLMs in creating content, delivering training, examine skills

Good to Have

  • SaaS-based or Contact Center (CCaaS) experience preferred
  • Technical background or aptitude is a strong plus
