Job Summary

Sprinklr is seeking a Lead System Engineer - M365 to deliver solutions using Microsoft SharePoint, Office365, and Teams. The role involves administering Microsoft 365 services, managing Copilot and AI agent deployments, and ensuring security and compliance. Responsibilities also include building integrations, implementing upgrades, performance troubleshooting, and developing documentation. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience with Office 365, strong scripting skills in Powershell or Python, and experience in an all-SaaS environment.

Must Have

  • Deliver solutions using Microsoft SharePoint, Office365, and Teams within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Experience with managing Copilot, Copilot Studio, and governing AI agent deployments.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 Services including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms.
  • Deep knowledge in Exchange online.
  • Move and sync data between SaaS and identity apps by building integrations and using existing APIs.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Security and Compliance stack including Defender for Cloud Apps.
  • Implement applications and software upgrades, as well as performance troubleshooting and tuning for users.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for supported applications, processes, and training material.
  • Work with Security, PeopleOps, and Business Operations to develop automated onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Participate in general IT operations and user support.
  • Plan and implement systems automation as required for better efficiency.
  • Oversee and provide operations support including account management, workflow, log analysis, troubleshooting, and service optimization.
  • Develop system monitoring and support automation to enhance and scale the quality of support.
  • 7+ years of experience with Office 365.
  • Strong experience in managing an all-SaaS environment.
  • Experience scripting in Powershell, Python, or other programming languages.
  • Experience working with vendors, consultants, 3rd party integrators SSO/SAML (Azure AD).

  • Experience with managing Copilot, Copilot Studio, and governing AI agent deployments.
  • Administration of Microsoft 365 Services, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, and other cloud-based productivity solutions.
  • Deep knowledge in Exchange online
  • Move and sync data between SaaS and identity apps by building integrations and using existing APIs (provisioning/de-provisioning).
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Security and Compliance stack including Defender for Cloud Apps
  • Implementation of applications and software upgrades, as well as performance troubleshooting and tuning for users
  • Work with IT Management to constantly monitor and improve the delivery of IT systems and support.
  • Collaborate with engineering and security teams to coordinate IT policies
  • Develop and maintain documentation for supported applications, processes, and training material for internal employees and IT staff
  • Work with Security, PeopleOps, and Business Operations to develop automated onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Participate in general IT operations and user support
  • Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal teams to drive initiatives
  • Plan and implement systems automation as required for better efficiency
  • Oversee and provide operations support including account management, workflow, log analysis, troubleshooting, and service optimization
  • Develop system monitoring and support automation to enhance and scale the quality of support

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience with Office 365
  • Strong experience in managing an all-SaaS environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience scripting in Powershell, Python, or other programming languages
  • Comfortable collaborating with remote team members and colleagues
  • Experience working with vendors, consultants, 3rd party integrators SSO/SAML (Azure AD)
  • Experience in AWS/Azure is a plus
