Job Summary
Sprinklr is an AI-native platform for Unified Customer Experience Management. This role involves creating and managing purchase requisitions, coordinating with clients and businesses for order forms, overseeing access management for vendor resources, managing purchase order renewals, invoice processing, asset recovery, and facilitating stakeholder collaboration. The analyst will also lead vendor discussions and generate reports.
Must Have
- Create and track/manage Purchase requisition in ZIP.
- Coordination between client and business for Order form (OF) and review commercials.
- Create and manage Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Oversee access management for vendor resources.
- Manage Purchase orders renewal and closure invoice processing and tracking.
- Manage asset recovery for vendor resources.
- Facilitate internal/external stakeholder management and collaboration with Procurement, IT, Finance, and other departments.
- Lead and participate in vendor discussions and negotiations as required.
- Generate and distribute weekly/monthly reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Process documentation for existing and new processes.
- Minimum of 5+ years of vendor management experience.
- Strong understanding of Master Service Agreements (MSA).
- Strong understanding of SOW and Order forms.
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of SharePoint and Power BI.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of vendor management experience.
- Contract Knowledge: Strong understanding of Master Service Agreements (MSA).
- Strong understanding of SOW and Order forms
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Platform Knowledge: Understanding of SharePoint and Power BI is necessary.
- Advantageous: Hands-on experience with Power BI will be considered an added advantage.
