Adyen is seeking an experienced Advancements Desk Analyst to join their team in São Paulo. This role involves managing client demands related to advancements requests, liaising with partner banks for optimal client solutions, and supporting internal teams, especially the commercial team. The ideal candidate is an expert in advancements with experience in acquirers/banks, possesses strong communication skills, and is fluent in English.

Must Have

• Attend client demands related to Advancements Requests
• Liaise with partner banks to provide information and find best alternatives for clients
• Support internal areas, mainly the commercial team, with advancements issues
• Expertise in Advancements and related activities
• Experience working at acquirers and/or banks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Advancements Desk Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced Advancements Analyst to join our Advancement Desk and support our growth in the region. Attending merchants, partner banks and areas in other regions are the main activities in our routine to find the best solution to our clients.

What you’ll do

• You will attend the clients demands related to the Advancements Requests;
• You will keep in touch with the partners banks in order to provide information and ask for the best alternatives to our clients;
• You will attend the internal areas related to the advancements issues, mainly commercial team.

Who you are

• You are an expert in Advancements and related activities, with experience working at acquirers and/or banks;
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with clients. You talk easily with people from different levels of the organization;
• You like to be connected to people;
• ·Advanced/Fluent English level.
