Job Summary

The Executive Vice President of Commerce will lead REPUBLIC Collective’s commercial strategy, guiding performance across streaming, retail, and D2C for its labels and artists. This role involves defining commercial strategy, building high-impact first-week and lifecycle strategies, and establishing ambitious performance goals. The EVP will also serve as a strategic partner to DSP executives and top retail accounts, guide D2C strategy, and identify emerging opportunities in social commerce, gaming, and creator platforms. They will lead cross-functional integration, oversee physical product strategy, and mentor a high-performing commerce organization, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Must Have

  • Define and lead the commercial strategy across REPUBLIC Collective and its labels.
  • Build high-impact first-week and lifecycle strategies grounded in forecasting and platform insights.
  • Establish ambitious performance goals and hold teams accountable for delivering them.

  • Oversee physical product and retail strategy including vinyl and collectibles.
  • Ensure global alignment and synchronization of releases.
  • Use real-time analytics to adjust campaign strategies with precision.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing commerce organization.

How You'll CREATE:

Commercial Strategy & Marketplace Leadership

  • Define and lead the commercial strategy across REPUBLIC Collective and its labels.
