Landed is seeking a Business Operations Manager to join at a pivotal stage of growth. This role involves acting as an internal consultant, partnering with the leadership team to drive special projects, improve execution, and solve critical business problems. The manager will own high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from conception to execution, identify operational gaps, develop recommendations, and build processes to improve decision-making and scalability. The position requires flexibility to address the most pressing business needs, focusing on impact rather than a fixed scope.
Must Have
- Own high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from conception through execution.
- Lead special projects across operations, strategy, finance, GTM, product, and people.
- Identify operational gaps, develop recommendations, and drive implementation.
- Translate company priorities into concrete plans, milestones, and metrics.
- Partner closely with functional leaders to unblock progress and ensure follow-through.
- Build processes, frameworks, and dashboards to improve decision-making and execution.
- Prepare analyses, narratives, and materials for executive decisions.
- Flex into whatever the business needs most.
- 2+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, investment banking, or startups.
- Strong problem-solving and execution skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and independently drive outcomes.
- Clear, concise communication and cross-functional influence.
- Strong business judgment, balancing speed and quality.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams.
- Enjoy working closely with senior leadership and taking ownership.

- Experience in high-growth SaaS or B2B technology companies.
- Familiarity with building operating rhythms (planning cycles, OKRs, metrics, dashboards).

We’re looking for a Business Operations Manager who acts as an internal consultant partnering closely with the leadership team to drive special projects, improve execution, and solve the most important problems facing the business.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a strategic extension of the leadership team, owning high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from conception through execution.
- Lead special projects across operations, strategy, finance, GTM, product, and people — often in ambiguous, fast-changing situations.
- Identify operational gaps and opportunities, develop clear recommendations, and drive implementation with speed and rigor.
- Translate company priorities into concrete plans, milestones, and metrics that keep teams aligned and accountable.
- Partner closely with functional leaders to unblock progress, pressure-test assumptions, and ensure follow-through.
- Build processes, frameworks, and dashboards to improve decision-making and execution as the company scales.
- Prepare analyses, narratives, and materials to support executive decisions and company-wide communication.
- Flex into whatever the business needs most. This role is defined by impact, not a fixed scope.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have 2+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, investment banking, startups, or similarly fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
- Are equally strong at problem-solving and execution — you don’t stop at recommendations.
- Thrive in ambiguity and can independently scope problems, prioritize work, and drive outcomes.
- Are a clear, concise communicator who can influence across functions without formal authority.
- Have strong business judgment and can balance speed and quality.
- Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams at once.
- Enjoy working closely with senior leadership and taking ownership of meaningful outcomes.
