Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Manager - Client Managed Services to join the Cloud Managed Services team, reporting to the Director of Rebase Services. This role involves shaping the delivery of secure, efficient, and high-impact upgrade solutions for global clients, enabling them to leverage Calypso platform improvements. The manager will lead a team in successful Calypso version upgrades, define automated regression testing strategies, collaborate with various teams for issue resolution, communicate progress to clients, and foster talent development.
Must Have
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver successful Calypso version upgrades for Cloud clients.
- Define and implement automated regression testing strategies tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with Cloud Ops, Customer Support, PM, and Engineering teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Communicate progress and results to clients and management through regular updates and status meetings.
- Drive talent development, goal setting, and performance reviews to build a high-performing team.
- 10+ years of experience in IT projects within the capital markets industry.
- 3+ years of experience leading professional teams.
- Strong knowledge of financial software (Calypso preferred; Murex, Summit, Kondor+, Aladdin, or SimCorp also valuable).
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills in global environments.
- Ability to design solutions that exceed KPIs and improve operational efficiency.
Good to Have
- Calypso implementation or upgrade experience.
- Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFA, PMP, MBA).
- Familiarity with test automation and market data tools (Bloomberg, SWIFT, MarkIt).

The Role

In this role, you’ll help shape how we deliver secure, efficient, and high-impact upgrade solutions for our global clients, enabling them to fully leverage improvements to the Calypso platform.

This position will be located in Mexico and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
