Nasdaq Technology is seeking a passionate Automation/Tools Developer to join its Bangalore team. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated AI and machine learning technologies within the global Corporate IT team. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions, leveraging Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, LLMs, RAG, and Generative AI platforms. The position focuses on integrating AI capabilities into DevSecOps tooling and productivity platforms, contributing to Nasdaq's mission of transforming industries with pioneering AI solutions.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience developing AI and machine learning models (e.g., neural networks, NLP, computer vision).
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, and Generative AI platforms (e.g., Nasdaq GenAI Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio).
  • Experience integrating AI into cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS).

Good to Have

  • Experience deploying AI models in production environments.
  • Familiarity with MLOps and DevSecOps standard processes.
  • Knowledge of data engineering and cloud-based AI services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and implement AI and machine learning models for diverse business applications.
  • Develop and optimize solutions using technologies such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
  • Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Generative AI platforms (e.g., Nasdaq GenAI Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio) for automation, analytics, and intelligent application development.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into DevSecOps tooling and productivity platforms (e.g., CoPilot, Agent Workflows).
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify use cases and deliver robust AI solutions.
  • Stay ahead of the latest advancements in AI research, tools, and technologies.
  • Document code, experiments, and results to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of data engineering and cloud-based AI services.
