Then you are our new Team Leader (m/f/d) for Bridge Construction in our Berlin office.
Your new role
You will become part of the "Bridges and Structures" department, which currently has other locations in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Munich, and Berlin. At the Berlin location, you will take over a diverse team of approx. 7 employees who work with colleagues from other locations and other specialist groups on interdisciplinary projects.

We appreciate the opportunities to exchange ideas with our international colleagues within Ramboll, e.g., in Denmark, Finland, Great Britain, and India, on all aspects of our work.
Your main tasks will be:
- Leading and expanding a growing team of civil engineers and constructors in the region.
- Further development of team members.
- Implementation of objectives in consultation with the department head.
- Project management of a diverse project portfolio, e.g., in the areas of rail, road, pedestrian, and cycle paths.
- Leadership and support of acquisition projects.
- Technical support for projects and personnel deployment planning in coordination with the department head and other team leaders.
- Advising, supporting, and gaining contacts with regional clients and external partner offices.
About you
- You have a successfully completed degree in civil engineering and several years of experience in the object and structural planning of engineering structures, and you bring communication talent and interest or initial experience in team leadership or another responsible role.
- In addition, you have a confident and competent demeanor and convince with pronounced communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent German language skills complete your profile.
