Lead the shop in providing an amazing guest experience as the hospitality expert. Create an atmosphere of welcome, trust, and joy in every interaction, fostering cooperation between staff and guests. Must Have

  • Smile and welcome each person who walks into the store
  • Create meaningful conversations with our guests making them feel very important
  • Use amazing skills on the phone that make people want to come in to meet you
  • Create joy for our guests and the teammates in the shop
  • Capture the amazing things the shop does for our guests and report those to leadership
  • Organize the shop's response and implementation of the Joy Box program
  • Provide a safe and enjoyable shuttle car experience for our guests
  • Write thank you cards to our guests
  • Keep the waiting area clean, comfortable and inviting
  • Serve our guests coffee and snacks on a tray
  • Be the expert on setting guest appointments in our system
  • Be the teammate who creates fun joy for the rest of the team
  • Provide a safe, nice difference® service for our valued guests in our branded company shuttle vehicle
  • Keep a timely shuttle route
  • Assist passengers in getting in and out of vehicles
  • Assist the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as needed
  • Notify the service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance
  • Keep the shuttle tidy and organized
  • Proven successful customer service experience is required; driven to serve others
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our staff, vendors, and customers
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Meet required insurance driving record parameters
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment and a Team mentality
  • Ability to seek and accept coaching and direction
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear
  • The employee is occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Being dependable for a position that is Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
