The role involves coaching individuals, teams, and entire organizations through agile change processes to foster collaboration, flexibility, and continuous improvement. You will work at both strategic and operational levels, adapting methods to client needs, facilitating workshops, and ensuring results.

Must Have

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach in agile transformation projects
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT development
• Good knowledge of agile methods and frameworks
• Certifications in agile methods
• Experience facilitating workshops and training
• Relevant university degree
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Good to Have

• Experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience as a Product Owner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach who wants to support our clients in their agile transformation journeys. In this role, you will coach and guide individuals, teams, and entire organizations through agile change processes with the goal of creating a culture characterized by collaboration, flexibility, and continuous improvement. You will work at both a strategic level with management teams and at an operational level close to the teams, adapting methods and working practices to the client's unique conditions.

Your daily work includes coaching and mentoring, supporting the implementation of agile principles and methods, facilitating workshops and training, and collaborating closely with both management and teams to ensure progress and achieve results.

About you

You are seen as a specialist in agile frameworks and confident in guiding and supporting teams and organizations in implementing and adopting agile working methods, increasing efficiency, and delivering value to customers. You are an attentive and pragmatic person with a strong focus on results and the ability to adapt to the needs of different organizations. You have a well-developed ability to communicate and collaborate with various levels within an organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach or equivalent in agile transformation projects
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT development
• Good knowledge of agile methods and frameworks, as well as certifications in the area
• Experience in facilitating workshops and training
• Relevant college or university education
• Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Relevant certifications in agile frameworks
• Meritorious with experience as Scrum Master and Product Owner
