Job Summary
This role is for an Integrated Management Specialist responsible for comprehensive administrative support within a department. Key duties include managing personnel information, overseeing office supplies and procurement, assisting with budget and expense management, and monitoring attendance. The specialist will also support daily operations, project coordination, event planning (meetings, annual events), provide internal business support, conduct operational data analysis, and organize contracts. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in office software like Word and Excel, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
Must Have
- Maintain department personnel information and staffing.
- Manage department office supplies and material procurement.
- Assist in budget formulation and expense management.
- Monitor department attendance and provide employee care.
- Support daily department work and various projects.
- Plan and arrange meetings, travel, annual events, and department activities.
- Provide internal business support, operational data analysis, and contract organization.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and other office software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, adaptability, and expression skills.
- Cheerful, diligent, flexible, with strong teamwork and learning ability.
Good to Have
- Majors in Human Resource Management or Administrative Management.
Job Description

4. Responsible for internal business support, operational data analysis, and contract project organization.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, Human Resource Management, Administrative Management or related majors preferred;
2. Proficient in using Word, Excel and other office software;
3. Possess strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, adaptability and expression skills;
4. Cheerful personality, diligent and down-to-earth, flexible, with a strong team spirit;
5. Have good teamwork spirit and learning ability.
