Job Summary

The HR Learning & Development Manager will be a key part of the People & Culture team, responsible for the conception, further development, and implementation of Axel Springer's cross-brand training program. This role involves reviewing and evolving the training offerings, managing program planning and administration within the Learning Management System, and organizing internal L&D events. The manager will also communicate L&D initiatives, act as a contact for departments, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning success, fostering a self-responsible learning and feedback culture.

Must Have

  • Conceive, develop, and implement training programs
  • Regularly review and evolve training offerings
  • Plan, commission, and administer programs in the Learning Management System

  • Several years of professional experience in HR development

  • Moderation, presentation, and self-organization skills
  • Teamwork and enjoyment of collaboration
  • Very good German and English language skills

Job Description

  • You bear significant responsibility for the conception, further development, and implementation of our training program.
  • You regularly review the training offerings and develop ideas for their needs-based further development.
  • You take care of the planning and commissioning of the program as well as the administration in our Learning Management System and are the contact person for employees and trainers.
  • Organize internal L&D events to expand knowledge and network within the company.
  • Communicate offers and topics via intranet, newsletter, or Teams.
  • Be the contact person for departments to optimally support development concerns.
  • Work closely with the Learning & Benefits Team and other stakeholders to jointly ensure learning success.

Qualifications

  • Several years of professional experience in HR development.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and training providers distinguishes you.
  • You are proficient in conceptualizing training, events, and digital learning formats.
  • An agile, implementation-oriented way of working, as well as a will to shape and a sense of responsibility.
  • Moderation and presentation skills, as well as self-organization, are among your strengths.
  • Teamwork and enjoyment of collaboration characterize your work.
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
