Job Summary

The Consulting Supervisor will be responsible for achieving performance targets for the consulting department across various branch schools. This includes tracking performance indicators, analyzing data, developing and implementing adjustment plans, and ensuring the successful execution of new client acquisition and revenue goals. The role also involves refining work processes for business management, talent development, and operations, as well as coordinating with internal and external departments to support overall business objectives.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

I. According to the performance goals of the branch company's consulting department, follow up on the achievement of performance indicators for each branch school.

1. Combine with the annual and monthly work priorities of the branch company's consulting department, follow up on the implementation of the work priorities of each branch school's consulting team.

2. Combine with various data from the branch company's consulting department, follow up on the data achievement of each branch school on an annual, monthly, and weekly basis. Through annual, monthly, and weekly meetings, for the branch school consulting teams with unsatisfactory data completion, discuss and analyze with the branch school consulting supervisor, formulate corresponding adjustment plans, and follow up on the implementation of the plans within the branch school consulting team to ensure the achievement of new signing performance.

3. According to the weekly breakdown ratio of monthly work priorities, follow up on the data achievement of the responsible branch school consulting team, research the reasons for uncompleted rhythms, adjust in a timely manner, and focus on new signing fees to follow up with the branch school consulting team and consultants. Help branch schools achieve performance targets by sorting out trial lectures, new resources, or directly assisting in signing.

4. Clearly understand the expenditures related to the responsible module's work in the branch company's consulting department budget, and do a good job in budget execution, follow-up, and adjustment.

II. According to the internal division of labor within the work module, follow up on the relevant work of the responsible module.

1. According to the division of labor by the branch company's consulting department leader for work modules (business management module, talent development and training module, operations management module), the branch company's consulting supervisor follows up on the plan formulation, execution, follow-up feedback, and review of the responsible business management module, talent development and training module, and operations management module.

2. Sort out and gradually improve the work processes of the responsible business management module, talent development and training module, and operations management module to make the work replicable and standardized.

3. If the business management module, talent development and training module, and operations management module do not achieve the expected results in the branch company's consulting department, communicate and adjust with the branch company's department leader and the person in charge of the Baishi Group Consulting Management Center in a timely manner to ensure that the various tasks play a role in promoting performance goals in the branch company.

III. Internal and external coordination work

1. Within the department, understand the work ideas of other module leaders. When involving one's own module's work, deep communication and cooperation are required to achieve departmental goals.

2. Do a good job of对接 (coordination) with other departments of the branch company. According to the division of labor by the branch company's consulting manager for each person, then coordinate with other departments as follows: coordination with the HR department for recruitment, onboarding, transfer, resignation, and other procedures; coordination with new media for resource flow processes and subsequent conversion status; timely communication and adjustment with the Baishi Group Consulting Management Center contact person regarding adjustments to branch company promotional activities, addition of new products, changes in system processes, etc.; understand teaching products and new teacher trial lecture processes; be familiar with the handover process between the branch company's academic management department and the consulting department, subsequent maintenance processes, and relevant system definitions.

Job Requirements

1. Under 40 years old, no gender preference.

2. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, no major preference.

3. 2 years or more of experience in the same industry and position.

4. Proficient in office software.

5. Familiar with new business signing processes and possess a solid business foundation.

6. Possess data analysis skills, communication skills, learning skills, and coordination skills.
