Job Summary

This role focuses on integrated management, including asset and space management, policy and process development, budget control, business reception, and employee services. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in administrative or business management, possessing strong responsibility, logical thinking, excellent communication, and proficiency in Office software. English oral communication skills are also required for potential overseas travel.

Must Have

  • Manage company fixed assets, office equipment, and IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
  • Coordinate office space planning, environmental optimization, and workplace safety inspections.
  • Assist in drafting, revising, and maintaining internal management processes and regulations.
  • Responsible for departmental comprehensive expense registration, review, reimbursement, and statistical analysis.
  • Assist leaders in planning, preparing, and executing business receptions.
  • Independently organize internal meetings, employee team building, and corporate culture activities.
  • Assist in the daily operation of the labor union, including employee care, welfare distribution, and cultural activities.
  • Respond to administrative service needs from various departments, providing efficient resource coordination and support.
  • Responsible for standardized management of departmental documents, contracts, and archives.
  • Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Possess a strong sense of responsibility, service awareness, logical thinking, meticulousness, and good principles.
  • Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and potential to solve complex problems.
  • Proficient in Office software, with excellent learning and information integration abilities.
  • Good English oral communication skills, able to accompany leaders on overseas business trips as needed.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Asset and Space Management: Responsible for the full lifecycle management of the company's fixed assets, office equipment, and IT assets; coordinate office space planning, environmental optimization, and workplace safety inspections to improve space utilization efficiency.

2. System and Process Development: Assist in drafting, revising, and maintaining internal management processes and regulations, and promote their implementation and continuous optimization.

3. Expense and Budget Management: Responsible for the registration, review, reimbursement, and statistical analysis of departmental comprehensive expenses, and assist in the preparation and execution tracking of administrative budgets.

4. Business Reception and Event Organization: Assist leaders in the planning, preparation, and execution of business receptions; independently responsible for organizing internal meetings, employee team building, and corporate culture activities, and providing logistical support.

5. Labor Union and Employee Services: Assist in the daily operation of the labor union, including employee care, welfare distribution, and promotion of cultural activities, to create a good organizational atmosphere.

6. Internal Support and Document Management: Respond to administrative service needs from various departments, providing efficient resource coordination and support; responsible for the standardized management of departmental documents, contracts, and archives.

Requirements:

1. Fresh graduate, Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in administrative management, business administration, or related majors.

2. Possess a strong sense of responsibility, service awareness, and logical thinking; meticulous and rigorous in work, with good principles.

3. Have excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and potential to solve complex problems.

4. Proficient in Office software, with excellent learning ability and information integration ability.

5. (Bonus) Experience as a student union, club organization department head, or corporate administration intern is a plus.

6. Possess good English oral communication skills, able to accompany leaders on overseas business trips as needed.
