Job Summary
The Fac Project Coordinator at Micron Technology is responsible for the comprehensive management of investment projects within Fab15 Facilities, overseeing scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful execution. This role also involves critical coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including the secretariat and FAC personnel, for the smooth preparation and adjustment of audit-related tasks concerning subsidy programs. Key responsibilities include cost management, progress tracking, and financial reporting, contributing to the company's innovative memory and storage solutions.
Must Have
- Manage Scope, Schedule, and Budget for investment projects within Fab15 Facilities.
- Ensure project execution according to plan.
- Prepare for audits related to subsidy programs.
- Coordinate various adjustments with the secretariat and internal FAC stakeholders.
- Promote project cases and manage costs.
- Manage project progress and prepare/review documents for capital funding applications.
- Collaborate with the Global Facilities Team for cost reduction, cash flow management, and annual budgeting for FRI (Facilities Reliability & Improvement).
- Collaborate with Global and Fab15 accounting departments for fixed asset management and depreciation management.
- Prepare necessary documents for subsidy applications and respond to on-site audits, providing instructions in cooperation with the secretariat.

The Fac Project Coordinator is responsible for managing the Scope, Schedule, and Budget for investment projects executed within Fab15 Facilities, ensuring project execution as planned. Additionally, as a Facilities representative, they must closely coordinate with the secretariat and internal FAC stakeholders to prepare for audits and various adjustments without delay regarding subsidy programs.
