As an Efficiency Engineer in the Real-Time Defect Analysis (RDA) team, you will drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, manufacturing productivity, and yield. This involves creating new dashboards using BI tools like Tableau, participating in global system improvement projects, analyzing data to identify issues, proposing improvements, and collaborating with various departments to lead process optimization efforts.
Must Have
- Design, create, and manage new dashboards using tools such as Tableau.
- Analyze data related to manufacturing line performance, including cycle time, waiting time, and utilization rates.
- Identify issues impacting productivity and yield, and propose effective improvement measures.
- Drive system improvement projects such as RAM Request (My Assistant), TETRIS, and EXTRA CPM.
- Extract process-specific issues, develop improvement strategies, and report findings to relevant departments.
- Collaborate with Fab operations, PCS, OMT OI, ME, and other related teams to enhance operational efficiency and address defects.

As an Efficiency Engineer in the Real-Time Defect Analysis (RDA) team at Micron Technology, the role focuses on driving initiatives to improve operational efficiency with the objective of enhancing manufacturing productivity and yield. Responsibilities include creating new dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau or participating as a member of global system improvement project teams. Through data analysis and report development, issues on the production floor are identified, improvement proposals are formulated, and collaboration with related departments is carried out to lead process optimization efforts.
