Job Summary
As a NVE SSD Product Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc, you will be responsible for product bring-up and supporting high-volume manufacturing of SSDs. Key tasks include SSD failure analysis, yield improvement, and data analysis. You will perform detailed electrical and physical failure analysis, troubleshoot customer returns, and collaborate with global Product Engineering teams to develop test flows, validation plans, and qualification for multiple customers. The role also involves mentoring new SSD Product engineers.
Must Have

- Minimum 5 years working experience related to SSD/NAND/Product Development or relevant field of Engineering
- Bachelor or Master's degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer engineering
- Knowledge of storage interface such as PCIe, SATA, SAS
- Good understanding of SSD device operation, interfaces, product development
- Excellent Problem solving and Analytical skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills

Job Responsibilities
As a NVE SSD Product Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc, key responsibilities include
- Product bring up and supporting high volume manufacturing of SSD.
- Support for SSD failure analysis, yield improvement and data analysis.
- Perform detailed electrical and physical failure analysis and work with other departments to resolve SSD related issues.
- Troubleshooting failure from customer return and provide solutions to fix the problems.
- Work closely with global Product Eng teams to develop test flow, validation plan, qualification of multiple customers and drive cross functional taskforce for qualification gating issue resolution.
- Mentor new SSD Product engineers
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer engineering.
- Relevant experience in SSD industry will be an advantage.
- Relevant experience with computer hardware, knowledge of storage interface such as PCIe, SATA, SAS will be an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years working experience related to SSD/NAND/Product Development or relevant field of Engineering.
- Good understanding of SSD device operation, interfaces, product development
- Excellent Problem solving and Analytical skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic, Strong leadership character.
