Job Summary
As a Cloud Systems Engineer at Wizards of the Coast (Hasbro), you will design, govern, and automate multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud. Your focus will be on standardization, access management, and platform enablement, ensuring product teams have a consistent, secure foundation. You will collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and security teams to design shared services and automation frameworks, accelerating global product delivery.
Must Have
- Manage and optimize cloud subscription, account, and project administration (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP)
- Implement and maintain governance policies for identity, access, and lifecycle management
- Develop automation scripts and templates using Terraform
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to align CI/CD pipelines with platform governance controls
- Integrate cloud security and compliance monitoring using native and third-party tools
- Partner with finance and platform operations to supervise cloud utilization and cost efficiency
- Serve as a technical liaison for cloud integration and enablement initiatives
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting cloud environments (any major provider)
- Strong understanding of identity and access management, resource governance, and network fundamentals across cloud providers
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM/Bicep)
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new cloud technologies
Good to Have
- Exposure to multi-cloud governance tools (Terraform Cloud, ServiceNow, CloudHealth, or Prisma)
- Familiarity with AI/ML cloud services (Azure OpenAI Service, Amazon Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI)
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP associate/professional level)
- Experience supporting hybrid cloud or cross-platform integration projects

As a Cloud Systems Engineer, you’ll contribute to Hasbro’s multi-cloud ecosystem, helping design, govern, and automate infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud and Workspaces. You’ll focus on standardization, access management, and platform enablement, ensuring product teams have a consistent, secure foundation—no matter the platform they build on.
You’ll collaborate across architecture, DevOps, and security teams to design shared services and automation frameworks that accelerate global product delivery.
This is an on-site role at our office in Renton WA. You will be required to be at the office from Tuesday to Thursday.
What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting cloud environments (any major provider).
- Strong understanding of identity and access management, resource governance, and network fundamentals across cloud providers.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM/Bicep).

The base salary range for this position is $90,100.00 to $135,200.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
