Job Summary

Hasbro is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for its IT Collaboration team. This role focuses on supporting and evolving enterprise collaboration and identity infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft Identity Manager, and Teams Calling. Responsibilities include platform implementation, operational support, and ensuring security and compliance. The position requires over 5 years of experience with Microsoft technologies, PowerShell, automation, AI tools like CoPilot and ChatGPT, and ITSM platforms. The role is onsite, initially in Pawtucket, RI, moving to Boston, MA.

Must Have

  • Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Manage Entra ID and Active Directory environments.
  • Administer Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
  • Support Teams Calling infrastructure (Direct Routing, SBCs).
  • Resolve escalated incidents via ServiceNow.
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call support.
  • Monitor system performance.
  • Ensure security and compliance for platforms.
  • Implement conditional access and MFA.
  • Collaborate with IT and business partners.
  • 5+ years in enterprise IT with Microsoft technologies.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and automation.
  • Experience with AI technologies (CoPilot, ChatGPT).
  • Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our IT Collaboration team. This role is critical in supporting and evolving our enterprise collaboration and identity infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory (on-premises), Microsoft Identity Manager, and Teams Calling with Direct Routing and SBCs. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to a fast-paced work environment, demonstrating both individual initiative and effective teamwork.

Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at the new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at the HQ in Pawtucket, RI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Ownership & Engineering
  • Implement and maintain solutions across Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, PowerPlatform, etc.)
  • Manage and optimize Entra ID (Azure AD) and on-premises Active Directory environments.
  • Administer and enhance Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) for identity lifecycle and synchronization.
  • Support and maintain Teams Calling infrastructure, including Direct Routing and Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
  • Operational Support
  • Respond to and resolve escalated incidents and service requests via ServiceNow.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 support coverage.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Security & Compliance
  • Ensure identity and collaboration platforms meet security and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with security teams to implement conditional access, MFA, and other identity protection mechanisms.
  • Collaboration & Leadership
  • Collaborate with business partners and other areas of IT, using technology to drive innovation and support company growth objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments, with expertise in Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong experience with:
  • Microsoft 365 administration and architecture
  • Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
  • Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
  • Teams Direct Routing and SBCs
  • Proficiency with PowerShell and automation tools.
  • Experience with AI technologies such as CoPilot and ChatGPT.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

The base salary range for this position is $107,500.00 to $161,200.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
