This internship seeks to employ a methodology by identifying key part consumables in the Dry Etch Equipment along with process parameters to develop a predictive analysis model to determine the potential lifetime of parts to maximize its true usage potential while protecting safety, product quality and yield. In this Project, the student will have the opportunity to learn and gain: Hands-on understanding of the various Dry Etch Equipment tool functions and processes, Understanding of Logistics and Cost management in a lean manufacturing environment, Be able to define on some key reaction mechanisms to be undertaken in different scenarios.

Description:
This internship seeks to employ a methodology by identifying key part consumables in the Dry Etch Equipment along with process parameters to develop a predictive analysis model to determine the potential lifetime of parts to maximize its true usage potential while protecting safety, product quality and yield.
Scope:
In this Project, the student will have the opportunity to learn and gain:
- Hands-on understanding of the various Dry Etch Equipment tool functions and processes
- Understanding of Logistics and Cost management in a lean manufacturing environment
- Be able to define on some key reaction mechanisms to be undertaken in different scenarios
Deliverable:
To develop a predictive analysis model to determine parts lifetime to enable cost efficiency and productivity
Skillset Required:
Basic understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and to have an inquisitive mind
