Job Summary
The Engineer, F11 ME FST WH is responsible for coordinating transportation logistics for on-time delivery, developing warehouse policies, and utilizing advanced SAP functions for goods management. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to optimize inventory and space, participating in special projects for warehouse technology solutions, and supporting audits to identify and implement improvements. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, proven experience in warehouse/logistics management, and familiarity with systems like SAP and MS Office.
Must Have
- Implement and coordinate transportation logistics to achieve on-time delivery
- Develop and align warehouse policies and procedures
- Use advanced SAP functions (goods receiving, issuance, return, inventory control, shipping)
- Work with stakeholders to meet customer needs, optimize inventory levels, and space
- Participate in special projects and coordinate implementation of warehouse management and technology solutions
- Support regular internal/external audits and performance reviews
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience managing warehouse/logistics, including inventory maintenance, transportation, and layout
- Ability to compete in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with various systems operations and applications (e.g., SAP, basic MS Office programs)
- Increase knowledge of material safety concerns
- Monitor warehouse space utilization and bin location
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Successfully implement and coordinate transportation logistics to achieve the goal of on-time delivery
- Develop and align warehouse policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Uses advanced SAP functions, such as goods receiving, goods issuance, goods return, inventory control and product shipping
- Work with stakeholders to meet customer needs, optimize inventory levels, and space optimization
- Participate in special projects and coordinate implementation of warehouse management and provide technology solutions for problem-solving
- Support on regular internal/external audits and performance reviews of local warehousing operations, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Proven experience managing warehouse/logistics, including inventory maintenance, transportation, and layout

Education and Experience:
