[NineB/Project PX] System Planner (3+ years)

Our team is developing a new strategy game using Unity, targeting cross-platform play on mobile and PC. The mission involves designing core engaging elements that deepen the game's world-view and captivate users. This includes implementing narrative-based in-game systems and content, and planning character concepts aligned with the game's lore.

Must Have

• 3+ years of game design work experience
• Possess existing knowledge of development processes
• Able to concretize planning intentions and communicate them persuasively
• No disqualification for overseas business trips

Good to Have

• Experience in developing strategy or tactical genre games
• Extensive game play experience and high understanding of games
• Experience in Unity development
• Experience in practical use of AI

Introducing our team (project).

Our team, with diverse development experience from launch to live, is developing a new game.

It's a strategy game developed with Unity, considering cross-platform play, focusing on mobile platforms and including PC.

• This position is expected to transition to a new legal entity within the first half of 2026, after working under KRAFTON headquarters at the time of joining.

You will design core fun elements that deepen the world-view and attract users to the world-view.

• Implement world-view-based narratives into in-game systems and content.
• Plan character concepts based on the world-view.

• Those with 3+ years of game design work experience.
• Those with existing knowledge of development processes.

• Those with no disqualification for overseas business trips.
