Must Have

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant field (newcomers with proactive learning attitude welcome)
  • Basic IT device utilization skills and document management using G-Suite / MS Office
  • Coordination skills to solve problems, finding reward in enabling colleagues' immersion

Introducing Our Team (Project)

This position is a core role in EX (Employee Experience) operations, optimizing infrastructure and overall environment for employees to focus solely on their work. We are looking for talent to grow into an HR Operation specialist by experiencing everything from IT infrastructure management to HR administration, and even organizational culture planning.

※ Note: This position will initially be part of KRAFTON HQ and is scheduled to transition to a new legal entity within the first half of 2026.

Introducing the Mission We Will Accomplish Together

  • IT & Office Experience Support
  • IT Asset Lifecycle Support: Device (Mac/Windows) setup, provision, and return management support according to global HQ guidelines
  • IT Resource Management: Software license account management support and maintaining up-to-date internal IT inventory data
  • Workplace Environment Management: Maintaining optimal condition and regular inspection of overall facilities such as meeting room systems, HVAC, and lighting
  • Front-desk & Guest Operation: Operating and guiding visitor access processes, parking support, access card issuance management (responsible for the brand's first impression)
  • Logistics & Supply Management: Operating internal mail, registered mail, courier services, and strategic inventory management of office supplies/equipment
  • HR Admin & Culture Coordination
  • Document & Legal Admin: Administrative processing support based on standard contracts, management of various HR evidentiary documents and seals
  • On-boarding Support: Guiding new hires on office usage and supporting their stable integration into the organization through initial experience
  • Internal Communication & Culture: Managing internal announcement channels (Slack, Confluence, etc.) and supporting the execution of organizational culture events (town halls, workshops, etc.)
  • Benefits Operation & Improvement: Stable operation of internal welfare systems and proposing improvement ideas based on employee feedback
