Job Summary

The KRAFTON Consolidated Accounting Team manages and integrates financial information from the headquarters and global subsidiaries to transparently and accurately report the group's overall financial status. This role involves preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements (IFRS), examining subsidiary accounting issues, analyzing accounting impacts of new investments and structural changes, and supporting external audits and internal accounting control systems. This is a contract position to replace parental leave.

Must Have

  • Majored in accounting or business administration
  • Over 2 years of experience in consolidated accounting or experience working at an accounting firm
  • Understanding of IFRS and K-IFRS accounting standards
  • Proficiency in office tools like Excel and numerical/data processing capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate with accuracy and responsibility
  • No disqualification for overseas business trips

Good to Have

  • Experience using SAP, DART, or Consolidation System
  • Experience in game/content industry accounting
  • Possession of accounting-related qualifications such as CPA, AICPA
  • Experience communicating with global subsidiaries (able to read English documents)
  • Flexibility to adjust contract period based on project schedule and organizational situation

Introducing Our Team (Project)

KRAFTON's Consolidated Accounting Team is responsible for integrating and managing financial information from the headquarters and global subsidiaries to transparently and accurately report the group's overall financial status. We handle various global accounting issues, such as preparing consolidated financial statements, reviewing subsidiary accounting issues, and analyzing accounting impacts of new investments and structural changes. This organization requires professional judgment and collaboration based on IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). This recruitment is for a parental leave replacement, who will perform key tasks of the consolidated accounting team for a certain period.

Introducing Our Mission Together

  • Review subsidiary package financial information and confirm consolidation adjustments
  • Prepare and review consolidated financial statements (based on IFRS)
  • Identify and support resolution of subsidiary accounting issues
  • Review consolidated profit and loss analysis for internal reporting and major financial fluctuation causes
  • Support accounting treatment related to new investments, equity changes, option contracts, etc.
  • Support external audit and internal accounting control system response
