KRAFTON's AI Research Division develops AI solutions for various fields and creates unique services through deep learning research. The team focuses on developing deep learning technology to enhance game production efficiency and universality, and creating CPC/LLM agents for user interaction. This role involves applying reinforcement learning and other AI technologies to create in-game content and bots, including training deep RL models and improving learning-related code for new and ongoing projects.
Must Have
- Minimum 2 years of experience (including master's/Ph.D. and work experience)
- Degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- Proficiency in Pytorch and Python multi-processing
- Solid basic knowledge of reinforcement learning
Good to Have
- Main author of papers in top-tier conferences (ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML)
- Award history in NeurIPS Challenge, Kaggle, etc.
- Experience as a key contributor in projects applying reinforcement learning

[AI Research Division Vision]
KRAFTON AI Research Division collaborates with various internal and external fields to provide AI solutions for diverse problems and develops our own services through deep learning technology research. The direction is largely twofold:
- Increase game production efficiency and universality through the development of deep learning technology that can assist in game production.
- Develop CPC/LLM Agents that can play games with users.

Members of the AI Research Division interact and collaborate with team members from various fields through diverse projects, proposing creative ideas for various problems. An atmosphere that encourages free expression of opinions regardless of age or position is fostered. The team is composed of individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, and active support is provided to overcome language barriers, such as interpretation and translation, for smooth communication.
Introducing the Mission You Will Undertake with Our Team
Research on advanced technologies for in-game content and bot creation by applying reinforcement learning and other AI-related technologies.
- Train deep RL-based models and implement related code as a main contributor in new projects.
- Perform tasks related to RL bot development in ongoing projects: setting up learning environments, improving and debugging learning-related code.
