Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the design and implementation of various system functions within the game, ensuring rigorous logic and smooth experience;
2. Write detailed system design documents, providing clear development basis for art and programming teams, and promoting the precise implementation of design solutions;
3. For existing and newly launched systems, collect player feedback and operational data, and optimize system design through iterative analysis to enhance player experience;
4. Pay attention to the dynamics of mainstream shooting game competitors in the industry, extract core design highlights, implement designs based on project requirements, and continuously improve game system functions and experience.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years of game system planning experience, participated in at least 1 launched shooting or competitive game project, and led core game system design;
2. Possess solid logical thinking and document writing skills, capable of independently completing comprehensive system design solutions, and having in-depth experience with multiple mainstream shooting PC games, able to clearly deconstruct their system design logic and core fun;
3. Possess good cross-departmental collaboration skills, able to efficiently coordinate with programming and art teams to advance development, solve design problems during implementation, strong stress resistance and excellent execution;
4. Possess data-driven thinking, able to accurately identify system problems through player behavior data and feedback, and propose feasible optimization solutions.
Bonus points:
