Tencent's TiMi Studio Group is seeking an Active Operations specialist for an in-development 3A stylized realistic shooting PC game in China. The role involves planning and executing active operations based on operational nodes to achieve game activity targets, developing activity plans, coordinating resources for timely and high-quality implementation, establishing data monitoring systems, analyzing activity effects with user feedback, and formulating optimization strategies. The specialist will also create reasonable resource allocation plans based on product data and user insights.
Must Have
- Responsible for active operations of the PC+console shooting game in China.
- Develop active operation plans based on operational nodes to achieve game activity targets.
- Output activity plans and coordinate resources for timely and high-quality implementation.
- Establish an activity data monitoring system.
- Continuously monitor and analyze activity effects, formulate and implement optimization strategies.
- Develop reasonable resource allocation plans based on product data and user insights.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 3+ years of game active operations experience.
- Participated in active operations during the launch phase of at least one FPS/competitive game.
- Sensitive to data and proficient in operation and data analysis tools.
- Good review and summary skills.
- Strong learning ability and curiosity.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to identify and solve problems.
- Love shooting games and have a deep understanding of mainstream shooting/hero shooting games.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the active operations of the PC+console shooting game in China, formulating active operation plans based on operational nodes to achieve game activity targets.
2. Output activity plans based on operational planning, coordinating various resources to ensure timely and high-quality implementation of activity plans.
3. Establish an activity data monitoring system, continuously monitor and analyze activity effects in conjunction with user feedback, and formulate and promote the implementation of activity optimization and iteration strategies.
4. Able to formulate reasonable resource allocation plans based on product data and user insights.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3 years or more of game active operations experience, having participated in active operations during the launch phase of at least one FPS/competitive game.
2. Sensitive to data, proficient in various operation and data analysis tools, with good review and summary skills.
3. Strong learning ability, strong curiosity about new things, good teamwork spirit and communication skills, ability to identify problems and promote problem solving.
4. Love shooting games, have a deep understanding of mainstream shooting/hero shooting games in recent years.
