Job Summary
iLogos Game Studios, a company with over 400 completed projects since 2006, is seeking a Playable Ads Developer for on-demand, fully remote collaboration. The role involves creating high-performance, interactive playable ads for mobile games using PixiJS and Three.js, with a strong emphasis on optimization for mobile browsers and ad networks. The developer will translate core gameplay mechanics into engaging ad experiences, implement game logic, and integrate analytics and tracking events.
Must Have
- 2+ years of experience in web or game development
- Hands-on experience with PixiJS and/or Three.js
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
- Understanding of WebGL rendering pipelines and GPU performance constraints
- Experience optimizing assets, textures, meshes, and animations for mobile
- Familiarity with mobile browser limitations and performance profiling
- Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and team collaboration mindset
- Develop interactive playable ads using PixiJS (2D) and Three.js (3D)
- Translate core gameplay mechanics into short, engaging ad experiences
- Optimize ads for fast startup, low memory usage, and smooth mobile performance
- Work within strict file size limits and performance constraints
- Implement touch controls, animations, basic game logic, and simple progression loops
- Integrate analytics and tracking events (CTA, install, replay, etc.)
- Debug and test ads across multiple devices, browsers, and platforms
Good to Have
- Previous experience creating playable ads for mobile games
- Familiarity with PlayCanvas, Phaser, or other web game engines
- Experience with GLTF / GLB pipelines, texture compression, and asset baking
- Knowledge of shader basics (GLSL) for visual effects
- Experience integrating with ad networks (Meta, Google, Unity Ads, TikTok, ironSource)
- Basic understanding of user acquisition (UA) metrics and A/B testing
- Experience working closely with marketing or growth teams

We are looking for a Playable Ads Developer interested in on-demand collaboration to create high-performance, interactive playable ads for mobile games. You will be responsible for building lightweight, engaging mini-game experiences that run smoothly across mobile browsers and ad networks.
The role focuses on PixiJS and Three.js, with a strong emphasis on performance optimization, fast loading times, and cross-platform stability.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in web or game development.
- Hands-on experience with PixiJS and/or Three.js.
