Lead Unity Developer

iLogos Game Studios is seeking a Lead Unity Developer for a cross-platform poker game with real-time multiplayer. The role involves project estimation, sprint planning, managing the development team, architecture design, feature development, and ensuring technical quality. Candidates should have at least 5 years of Unity development experience, strong C# and Unity knowledge, and experience with game architecture and optimization. The position offers remote work and flexible hours.

Must Have

• At least 5 years of experience as a Unity Developer
• 2+ completed projects in a lead or senior role
• Released mobile projects in the portfolio
• Strong soft skills and excellent communication
• Strong management skills (task planning, delegation, delivery control)
• Solid estimation and planning skills
• Deep knowledge of C#
• In-depth knowledge of Unity and best practices (prefabs, asset bundles, structured scene hierarchy)
• Experience with memory and space optimization
• Strong understanding of game architecture and architectural patterns
• Experience with DI (Dependency Injection)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Russian language proficiency (written & spoken)
