Job Description

Lead Unity Developer at iLogos Game Studios. Responsibilities include estimation and planning, managing development teams, architecture implementation, and feature delivery. Requires 5+ years of Unity development experience, a strong portfolio of released mobile projects, and proven leadership in at least two completed projects. Deep knowledge of C#, Unity best practices, memory optimization, and software architecture is essential. Strong soft skills, management abilities, and meticulous attention to detail are crucial. Work remotely on a flexible schedule from anywhere globally.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience as Unity developer;
  • 2+ completed projects with lead role;
  • Released mobile projects in the portfolio;
  • Good soft skills;
  • Perfect management skills;
  • Good estimation and planning skills;
  • Deep knowledges in C#
  • In-depth knowledge of Unity software and best practices (prefabs, asset bundles, organized scene hierarchy);
  • Experience with memory and space optimization;
  • Strong architecture knowledge;
  • DI;
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Main task pool:

  • Estimation and planning;
  • Managing dev team;
  • Architecture implementation;
  • Feature implementation and delivery.

Will be a plus:

  • Unit testing.
